Our Lead Consultant, Dr Gabrielle Wall, has been a Limited Statutory Manager and Commissioner in multiple schools, where she has developed and implemented solutions to ensure that the schools are effectively governed and managed and all issues are dealt with professionally. Our expertise in governance processes, including policy, staffing, health and safety, strategy, and curriculum, has assisted many schools to improve their governance structures and improve their relationships with stakeholders.

We have also provided support in the establishment of new schools, organisational  structure changes, policy review, recruitment of leadership roles, and development of new facilities that align with school values and pedagogical needs.
